This looks promising!

Would you like to present some ideas on how is this different from qb-apartments and/or other similar resources?

What system it uses for instancing of players? A lot of housing resources using network buckets, while CFX themselves stated that’s not it’s intended purpose and script should be using traditional instancing for MLOs instead. I’m not knowledgeable enough for discussing details on this, but I’d like to hear your take on this.

Another thing that interests me is if there’s some sort of culling area for spawned props (or if this belongs into that one instance only)?

Can apartments be configured as optional, not mandatory from the beginning?

Great work!

Yeah but honestly, after building a whole native style instancer/culler the only benefit that I could ever conceive is that you can see stuff happening outside your window and they can’t see you. When running stuff like this where you are spawning non-networked objects to make a house there is no real benefit of not putting that in a bucket since you’ll never see outside and be able to see inside.

They use routing buckets which is how most people would optimize this, including the original.

If you were going to native GTA interiors than the culling system is what you’d use

esx ??

10/10 to the ps team. Thanks for contributing an asset like this for free of all things. Open code and community contribution is what fivem thrives on.

RIP, let’s hope your first 3 week ticket response goes well.

That’s actually how it was in SA-MP, there was sort of bucketing (those virtual worlds) that came built in, quite nice, people in FiveM here are too spoiled if they request a viewable window lmao.
