Greetings, FiveM Community!
I’m dabbling with the idea of undertaking a project to create a server, and am posting this in hopes of finding the proper assistance. This project will undergo thorough planning and i will personally be taking the website development in my own hands, but will need plenty of help. A community isn’t made and maintained by one man, it takes a team. I’m looking for a team of go-getting individuals who take responsibility and initiative to ensure that the community is well looked-after and managed.
As of right now, no positions have been named; However, there will be a detailed structure. This is a PROJECT, which means it may take time to lift off.
I’m looking for people that can do a job and do it right, quality is the best and only option we strive for. For this project to take off, i will need Directors, Support Staff, Developers (of multiple trades), and most importantly, players. It doesn’t matter how much work we could put into this project, it’s the PEOPLE and the RP Scenarios and Situations that would make people want to come back. The staff are the backbone, but the people are the forefront of the whole show. Without you, it would all be a waste of time.
Those who wish to join simply as a player: In early stages of development, you will be awarded the “Pioneer Member” (subject to change of name) title. This will show to all new and old members that you were one of the original members, and have stuck with us since the beginning. This can bring certain benefits later on down the line.
I’m intending on this server to be Whitelisted, only for quality control. We want to make sure we’re allowing in the right people to improve the atmosphere of the community. Support Staff will be responsible for interviews upon applying for whitelist. Department Directors will be responsible for interviews relating to LEO and EMS positions, Support Staff have no say in that unless they are also designated a Department Director.
I’m intending for this community to carry a high level of respect for its members and officials, and want to create one of the best environments for everyone to find new friends and create memories. Yes, this is nothing but an online game. But games can bring people together, make people laugh, and create long-lasting friendships. This is what we want to be about.
