I am able to log into my Rockstar Games Launcher/Social Club account but when I start FiveM it asks me log into Rockstar Games Launcher/Social Club again but gives me the error “Unfortunately we are unable to send your verification email at the time. Please try again later, or visit our support page if the problem persists”.

This only happens when logging into FiveM. I have hundreds of hours put into FiveM but recently made a fresh wipe on my PC. Now I cant even play FiveM. I don’t believe its a problem with Rockstar Games Launcher/Social Club as I can already log into my account. It only happens when I open FiveM it then opens Rockstar Games Launcher/Social Club with the error.

I am also having this issue, just upgraded most of my hardware other than my gpu and i installed gta v after installing the rockstar games launcher and then proceeded to download fiveM and I’m met with the same problem. Hope someone sees this and has a quick fix for it.

hello guys i have the same problem can someone find a solution unable to send verification email

Exact same issue here, this is the only place I can find with people actually talking about this issue. Still no closer to finding a fix tho…

It really just became so buggy to play on win11. I use enterprise, I´ve heard that Home edition should be more flawless.

Sometimes I even have to spend 30 minutes of doubletapping the shortcut just to make fivem.exe “deploy”.
So annoying. I tried all usually fixes within windows, from 11 different youtube tuts, and different fivem client, release, beta, and so on.

I feel you pain brothers, hope a lovely angel will spawn, and solve our demands <3

Just fresh installed Win10 today due to a disdain for Win11 and my continued use of older*-ish* hardware. I am now having the same issue upon trying to reinstall/log-in to FiveM.

I changed the email/pw on my R* account and the FiveM client login window noticed that change, but was still unable to send the email after failing the automatic login.

Bump

Does this also happen when you open Rockstar Games Launcher before you open FiveM? It should verify game ownership without taking you to a login screen.

I managed to get passed the “starting fivem - signing in with steam” splash when I moved with my laptop to another place. then tried at home again, same issue. It seems I need to have my IP whitelisted by FiveM?

This was the fix for me! lmao I feel dumb, wiping your pc at 1 am on worknight makes you forget the ez steps.

Thank you!

I solved it, exact same issue. I started rockstar launcher first, THEN i opened fivem, however i turned off my firewall on McAfee but depending on your antivirus you may have to do something else. Hope this helped, God bless!

I have the same problem and I can’t find a solution, does anyone know how to fix it?

Found the issue!

All you have to do is open Rockstar Games Launcher before opening FiveM

It worked for me, for some just moving your laptop to another location or enabling VPN worked just fine. Seems like FiveM devs issue.

I also have the same problem here. any solutions?

I’m getting this exact problem on RedM aswell. Having the rockstar launcher opened and logged in before launching redm doesnt help and nor does having a vpn active.

I also have the same problem with RedM, normal Launcher works, Red Dead on its own works, so does FiveM but not RedM

Solved - Windows 11

1.Open Rockstar Launcher
2. Open FiveM

Resolvido - Windows 11

  1. Abra o Launcher da Rockstar
  2. Abra o FiveM
