Hi, i am a staff member on fivem server (enigma life). We have subscribed at patreon (25$) but we have a problem. The background of the title is not a gold, and the color of title appears in “direct connect”. And we would like to switch to 64 slots and integrate modding outfits.
Whoever bought the subscription on Patreon needs to go to https://keymaster.fivem.net/ and login to the FiveM account with the same email as Patreon and they should see the Elemental Club tier from Patreon and register a key and put that registered key into the server.cfg file.
Who over signed up on Patreon, if their email is the same as the email used on the forum, it will automatically be connected. After that, you need to go to https://keymaster.fivem.net/ and create a key for your server and either put this in the server.cfg file or if you’re using Zap-Hosting, you need to put it in the Setting’s page of your server.

Looking at your server in the list, your server is not showing activated with any elemental club. If everything else you say is true and done correctly then I would make sure you stop your server and make sure to clear the cache then start the server back up.

When you go to https://keymaster.fivem.net/ do you see this http://prntscr.com/n3svc1? The tier will be different but should look like that.
It’s good dude! I have ’ FiveM Element Club Aurum’ that is displayed, but still not the gold background … Should I add something other than the licence key in the server.cfg ?
i had aurum but me server didnt show up as gold
Is it weird that all my emails are sorted and the same. But my perks WILL NOT show up. I’ve waited over a month and now continue to wait. What is this?!
