Problem with downloading server scripts while joining server

What is the issue you’re having?

I can join any server on FiveM list, but on one server that me and my friend have I cant join. we use Bero Host for provider, it is from germany, and i am from croatia. about half year ago i got that problem, before that i was joining normaly every day. but now it just download scripts slow, and stops randomly on 1,13mb or else, if script have 10mb it goes to 1.13mb and it drops to 0 and starts again and again, but when i turn VPN on i can normaly join

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

all day 6 months trying
