Problem infinite color screen at start at fivem

At the launch of fivem, I have a screen which is changing color and loading indefinitely.

To receive support, please fill out the following template, and remove this top text.

**GTA V version? lastest
**Up to date? yes
**Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
**Steam/CD/Social Club? Steam
**Windows version? Windows 10 Professionnel 64-bit (10.0, Build 17763) (17763.rs5_release.180914-1434)
**Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? yes
**Error screenshot (if any) no error message, just infite loading screen color
**System specifications? Intel® Core™ i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.6GHz
**What did you do to get this issue? just launching fivem after install it/
**What server did you get this issue on? none
**CitizenFX.log file CitizenFX.log (34.1 KB)

**.dmp files/report IDs? idk where to find

Make sure FiveM is launched with your GPU, if i remember correctly this can be done in the Nvidia control panel

So if you start fivem you’re stuck on a “orange screen” with gta background?

yes, start orange or pink, changing color with building in font

disable windows defender, set fivem as default for CPU, same problem

i have the same issue i tried even reinstall gta v it didn’t helped i don’t know what to do
