Problem Downloading/Starting FiveM

Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? didn’t get to try FiveM.exe gets deleted immediatlely

System specifications Intel Core i5-6402P, 8GB of RAM, AMD Radeon RX480, 1TB of Storage (~500GB free)
What did you do to get this issue? I tried downloading FiveM and after the download of the game cache update it just deleted itself.
What server did you get this issue on? -

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? Avast
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.
Tried downloading FiveM 4 times already and manage to open it once but it was an infinite loading screen and when I tried to reopen it it did the same as it always does which is deleting every file in the folder it’s in except a couple of things.
Tried downloading it with the game opened
Tried not updating the game cache but it always forced me to do it
Tried with Steam opened and Rockstar Game Launcher opened and once with the RGL not opened

I really don’t know what to do at this point.
