So when i try to go to server, pc downloads all files and after that goes to server downloading screen and never gets forward from that.
**GTA V version? i dont know where to find it but gta v online works.
**Up to date? yes
**Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
**Steam/CD/Social Club? Social Club
**Windows version? 10 pro
**Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? yes
**Error screenshot (if any) dont have ss but if i left it download for long time comes error message 'Server Connection Timed Out After 15 Seconds´
*System specifications ADM FX 8350, GeForce GTX 1060, 8GB RAM
What did you do to get this issue? nothing, tried to download fivem and go to play and never get there to play
What server did you get this issue on? i have tried like 10 different servers so i think in everyone

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? yes
Also add what you already tried so far. i have tried to reinstall fivem.
i dont know is this even problem but when im in servers downloading screen, task manager shows that fivem uses only 0.1MBps network
