Preload car models and custom liveries etc in loadinscreen

Hey guys!

I was wondering if anyone here has any clue how you can force your players to preload models, and custom liveries etc upon joining the server, or have them pre-load the materials, models etc whilst in character creation? This to reduce lag, happy-hampers and such?

Does anyone know how to do it, or could someone possibly explain to me how I can implement it in my scripts/ loading?
