Portal elements club not working for me

hi hopefully one of you may have some light to the issue I’ve been trying to resolve for two weeks now. so i migrated as directed by the portal and current showing i have the aurum tier however. all the benefits no longer work. had zero issues when using patreon for over a year.
but as soon as I’ve switched and paid via the portal ending my patreon as directed, nothing has worked since

so did u get this fixed having same issue since i switched cant add my custom clothes anymore

what i ended up doing was cancelling the sub via portal and paying again via portal to get it to work i tried everything and still haven’t heard from support to this day
