Port forwarding problem

So, I’ve gone on my XFinity and I’ve adding a port forwarding service the 30120. However, I’m having problems with it. Because I went to canyouseeme.org, and the port is apparently not open for me. As a result of this, I can only connect using localhost, and my server doesn’t show up on the server list. Here are some pictures of everything you should need to help me. Thanks.

I managed to fix the port forwarding problem, and now according to the website it can see that the port is open. The server now shows up on the server list. HOWEVER. I cannot connect to it, I get a handshake error code 7 CURL.
