Police Server Setup Help! And need help installing mod on client

Hi, I have been getting into LSPDFR recently and was wondering how to create a server with mods/scripts needed to host an LSPDFR style server. I would also like to know where to get, and install the police mod on my client so that I can actually do traffic stops on civilians. Thanks.

the downloads are on the forums somewhere but you can create your own scripts etc
