Police Lights are Broken In FiveM server

GTA V version? Build 1737. Online 1.48.
Up to date? Yes
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? Steam
Windows version? 10 Pro
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes
What server did you get this issue on? TKRP

I have added Captain14’s LSPD police pack and the lights are all out of place or they do not show up.
The ambient lighting is fine on 90% of the vehicles (that’s not a problem as I can fix that)

I have tried the car pack in GTA5 and the lights work fine however when I upload them to the server the lights all break.

I have seen people who have had this same problem however they didn’t post a resolution.

Do you have all the correct data files?
If the lights are out of place it is usually to do with the carcols.meta file.

Also do you have any other police cars in your server?
This could also be to do with the fact that two vehicles share the same siren IDs.

The data files I grabbed were the following; carcols.meta, carvariations.meta and vehicles.meta
I do not its just that police pack as I was just testing them out, and it seems as tho all of the police cars I do add in the lights are always wrong.

If you look closely you can see the LEDs are off-centered, in other cars they are not showing at all.
