I’d like to preface this by saying that there is alot of good people on this server that I had the opportunity to meet through RP. I joined a gang, and rose to the Underboss rank within it over time.
The Major downside of this server though is that the server Owner (Chris) is mentally unstable.
He’d randomly punish our gang lead by freezing his assets (no access to cars, money, etc), taking his hands away so he couldn’t drive, send him to jail for 1000 hours, etc for “speeding through legion”. He then had one of his admins put someone else in charge of our gang that none of us asked for, causing the gang to fall apart within a week.
Chris would also go on man-child crybaby fits where he’d drive around the city on a BMX and shoot rockets at people that are RP’n, or run people over (VDM) with his car for no reason at all other than he can because he’s the server owner and can’t be punished for breaking rules.
I’ve been on the server for 8 months now, I’m retired and can spend up to 16 hours a day playing. In this time I was able to purchase a mega-mansion in city for city currency.
Chris saw the numbers of how much money I was making while grinding and permanently banned me from the server for “Abusing Weed and Hunting” - Both of which were available jobs in the city for years prior to me even joining the server. Essentially, I got perma banned for being really active on his server while grinding.
Chris no longer cares about PMA, and is only in it for the money now. He’s now going to turn around and sell my mega-mansion at auction for real-life cash that someone in the server will be able to purchase for $2000+ USD.
If you’re looking for a new server, do NOT choose PMA-RP! It’ll only be a matter of time before Chris finds a stupid reason to ban you too and waste all of the time that you put into it!
