As you can see this is what I am getting and when I type the command normally instead of using thes fx.bat file it comes up with invalid license…Which is odd because the screen shot says its authenticated!

It looks to me like you’re malforming the startup command and that Windows thinks you’re entering “server.cfg” as it’s own separate command. You didn’t show the entire window including your startup command so we could make a more educated guess.
