I’m facing an issue there, one of our players is crashing the others on purpose. He told me I could buy an Anti-Crasher Script from him to fix this vulnerability. I think the vulnerability might be due to a script resource on our server or is related to FiveM itself - which is unlikely.
When the FiveM Client crashes - the server doesn’t! - it won’t always show the same Stack Trace. I’ve tried opening the dump files, but I’m unable to get the desired information about what could cause the crash.
Maybe someone out here could help me out? I would really appreciate it.
If you need any further information, please let me know.
Make sure that the code that is running in your server is secure, very few script developers in this community actually know what they’re doing in terms of writing secure code, don’t just install a random ESX or something resource made by the community because they will most likely not be secure. If possible, try to read the code before putting the script in your server to ensure that it’s okay to use.
Hi @Yorick Thank you for your response!
I would say I’m quite good at scripting, but I don’t have the time to write everything by myself. So a big part of the scripts in use are downloaded or bought…
I was hoping to find the last-called native in the crash dump or something to help find the problematic resource.
