Player Blips on minimap

Hi. I am new to the FiveM scene, my friend got banned on GTA V so we decided to play FiveM, and we were getting bored of the servers created by other people so I decided to create my own server, its good but we can never find each other, and I was wondering if anyone could help me add player blips onto the mini map?
