Planning a FiveM Server – Are Real-Brand Cars Still Allowed?

Hi everyone,
I’m currently planning to start a FiveM server and I’m considering adding custom vehicles like BMW or Mercedes. I’ve heard that the new Platform License Agreement and Rockstar’s policies may prohibit real-world brands and vehicles. Before launching the server, can someone clarify if we’re allowed to use real-brand cars (even with logos removed), or do we have to switch to completely original / lore-friendly models?

You cannot have any copyrighted material in the server, which includes IRL vehicles (with the brand or not).
