50$ for a small MLO like this? I recently bought a whole neighborhood for 25$ which seem fair price. 50 feels too expansive for such small MLO like this.

the idea behind this is great. But as I took a look at your store you are able to do some pretty good interiors why not in this one? it looks like you took a vanilla gta fire station and made it bigger. Please redo this fire dept and make the 60 USD worth.
