Since we are a primarily a racing city still with the aspects of heists, robberies and such, we are throwing in an incentive for everyone:
Bring in 5 new people, you get a Class C car
Bring in 10 new people, you get a Class B car.
Bring in 20 new people, you get a Class A car.
Each car is of player’s choice, exceptions may apply. Once a prize is earned, your tally restarts at 0. Each prize is available once per player. All new people need to be in city to redeem the car.
