Phone calls problem/bug/idk

I can’t use some cell phone features. I can’t answer calls, if someone calls me I can only select the “reject” and “answer” buttons but when I press “send” nothing happens. Also I can’t call anyone, I can only send messages. In addition to this, photos don’t work either, every time I take a photo, the result is a black screen or a screen of the game screen (so you see my third person character). I have already cleared the cache folder, reinstalled fivem, formatted the phone and even reinstalled GTA. Nothing. It does not change anything. I’ve already asked the support of the server I’m playing (a roleplay server) but they can’t answer me. It is a problem that only I have and I start to think that there is no solution, since no one can even understand what it is caused by.
I accept any type of solution.
