Hi, I have a release post that has been pending approval since June 20 and a few other posts are still pending as well. Could a moderator please check if there is any issue with the submission? Thank you.
It will be reviewed when they get to it. If there is an issue then it will be removed from pending.
Thank you
It will be reviewed when they get to it.
There is one person and they’ve approved 6 post in 1 week. How hard is it to read some posts and hit a few buttons? Or maybe get some extra hands on deck as volunteers?
Sure
Very, when you realize they do more than just that.
Liability risk.
To add on to the above responses, release posts have to get checked for more than just following a format. They have to be checked for PLA/CoC violations. They are not going to let random people outside of the company do that.
It only being a limited amount of people also helps keep the standards up. Imagine letting random people dictate that….
No one is forced to post here. If you don’t like the time you have to wait then you can post elsewhere.
There is an average time of responding or something?
It’s probably about a couple of weeks right now.
I’m just calling it how I see it. I aint gonna post elsewhere because as a new creator, CFX and Tebex make it near impossible to get a foot in the door without posting here. Will I continue to deal with it and wait? Yes.
I understand it is a bit more than “just hit a few buttons” so yeah shame on me for downplaying it.
”Liability risk”, every new hire and any employee ever starting work at a new job is a liability risk. Think it’s a little ridiculous that we are forced to go through CFX and Tebex for this stuff, then when people complain or bring it up, the only solution is provided is “don’t like it, go elsewhere”.
While yea sure that’s the typical approach, I’ll argue that companies, when they hire someone, usually train those people to do the job. But I digress. Sure they wont let ‘random people’ do that, but once again, a company that refuses to hire and train people in a department they clearly need it is kind of baffling, especially when everything we do is locked behind cfx and tebex
I’ve been in discord server’s with 500,000 people spamming stuff, needing support, download help, mod posting all at once for other games and have never seen a company this backed up and refusing to do anything about it. Either way, back to waiting
Thanks for the response
Edit : Grammar
You said volunteers, not a company hiring people under contract which severely limits liability but also increases the cost and difficulty of adding people which is why it’s not something that is done lightly.
Since CFX is Rockstar’s, they should allocate more resources to new moderation. With the AI and the influx of new “creators,” there must be a huge backlog. I have things from June 29th that are still pending. And besides, with the release of Rockstar’s new game, many people will be creating new resources/mlos inspired by the mechanics of the new release this November 2026.
