Wanted to help some more people out in the community incase they had this issue along the way. So everything works fine until you walk in… then you start to see flickering people (invisible and then when you move a little it shows them. Why?
This would be the result of conflicting IPL’s, or a script that is trying to load the same map.
EX. Another file was trying to load the DLC from rockstar which was already initiated in another script / so removed that line of code, which was in another folder (you can search in Visual Code and find the script trying to exporting the same functionality. This should help you in in getting rid of glitching textures!
