Ped YMT files?

Is there anyone here who’s familiar with editing .YMT ped files? Have a quick question.

I’m looking to add additional patch slots on one of my peds, and I’m pretty sure you have to edit the ymt, but I can’t recall, I was shown once by someone how to do it, but I genuinely forgot… (lol)

Would appreciate it if someone could help me out real quick.

This is what i’ve found so far…and still no luck because it’s very confusing and the way they explain going back and correct stuff makes me even more confused. Goodluck and let me know if you solve it.
