I don’t understand why patreon is trying to withdraw money on March 1st if I paid on February 11th last month *? the server is now unavailable.

Then you didn’t looked properly. Patrons are billed in Pacific Standard Time, so if you would like to subscribe on the 1st of the month, check what time it is in PST, before joining – you will be billed on the 1st of the following month, regardless of your join date. Patreon charges every 1st of a month no matter when you pledge before - it is clearly stated, even numerous times, during the process of paying for it. If you missed it, it’s on you.

If you are displeased by how Patreon handles payment, express it to them - let me repeat myself nobody here can do anything to change anything in regards to how Patreon operates.
