Yesterday i payed 15€ to support this initiative, but i dont want the payment to be on auto so i cancled the payment afterwards. Now today i see that i have no longer got the FiveM Element Club Argentum that i payed for, i assume that i have payed for a month, and should atleast have it for that long even tho i choose not to extend it.
Yeah thats how it works for some reason, I found out the hard way.
Ok but that is not how it should be, because on my invoice it clearly states that my supportet period is for April.
Supported Period April 2020.
Could some staff people please look into this.
there are two options here, either return my money because i did not get what i paid for
or active the elements club for the rest of april.

So, problem is on your side not on stuff side, sorry to bring it up to you like that but it is how it is.
You should be able to resume the pledge for free by pledging the same again.
Yes you are right, but it very clearly states on my invoice that i have pledged for april 2020, so it should not be cancled.
Draw a parallel to how netflix hbo and all other subscription services work, you are a member and get the benefits when you pay, and when you stop your subscription you are still eligible for the period you payed for.

so now… if u cancel membership on patreon did i still can use my License Key? i just buy Argentum but i donno how to cancel auto-renew… when i see this i kinda scare XD HELP MEEEEE
You dont. If you cancel the pledge, the benefits are lost. And regarding keys, all keys issued under a CFX account that has the same email as your Patreon one will be bestowed with the bonuses - there’s no need to create new ones or use a specific key.
