I have bought the fivem patreon key 15 euro one and used the sofort payment method where it first would take 1 euro for my bank account and then set it back emidiatly on my bank account and then the 15 euros would be taken of my bank account but now the subscription is active but they onely took off the 1 euro didnt set it back to my bank and also didnt take the 15 euros can somebody help
