What timezone are you using and when did you pledge(the time)?
GMT+03:00 and I got it at 12pm. I created a cancellation request when I received it. no response was provided.
Patreon renews every 1st day of the month at 12am PST.

I have created a return request. could that be why?
if you cancel right after pledging then yes you would lose the benifits.
