Patreon Benefits lost after UPGRADING

Hello,

So as a starter, I was paying the $19.50 for the Ag Element Club Tier. However, as of last night I switched my pledge to a custom amount of $20.50 (more than before) and now I no longer have the element club benefits associated with my keys/server. Is this a known issue? Is there a way to get the benefits with a custom pledge or does it have to be strictly one of the tiers?

You need to ensure the tier is still selected while having a custom pledge. There’s some UI flow for that.
