The same thing is happening to me. I have been subscribed to the patreon for abt two weeks now and I can’t get EUP to work with the key I generated. I bought the $15 tear but I don’t think I have the permissions on the forum either. (My emails originally were not the same and then I changed them to match, not sure if that is a problem, but I thought I might as well mention it here).
It could be that you already own an account with the old email address and as such it has linked to that account.

I will unsuspend that account. Use that for all your keys. It will remain silenced as it’s an alt account. This is one of many reasons why we don’t allow alt accounts!
To be completely honest, I don’t know what it means by “Alt” account other than I accidently created two accounts… I never broke any rules or anything lol. Thank you for your help!
Also, since that was the original account, I had to change the email on my patreon yet again, after the initial purchase of the $15 tier. If I let it sit for at least six hours, will it sync properly, or do I have to re-purchase the Patreon again?
Alt means “alternative”. So more than one account. We don’t allow this to avoid any (potential) rule breaking and situations like these where users don’t know what account their Patreon will link to (and might have even forgotten they have multiple accounts)
A linked Patreon account cannot change forum users again, so you will have to use the account i linked previously
So there is no way possible to migrate your patreon to another account, bc i had two accounts and started buying scripts on 1 while havin the patreon on the other now i have changed that and im experiencing problems with not being alot to have over 48 slots with Element Clun Aurum. I would rlly like to use my second account as that would’ve been a waste…
You’ve bumped a 2-year-old topic. These days you can do so fine using the ‘Your Patreon’ tab on https://keymaster.fivem.net/.
Well i still have issues with it sadly enough
