Palm Haven V3 – Semi-Serious
Serious RP (Revamp)
Objective:
Transform Palm Haven into a fun, story-driven, and friend-oriented RP experience, moving away from toxic or pay-to-win gameplay loops. This version encourages creativity, character development, and organic roleplay progression.
Weapons & Combat Overhaul
- Pistols are now the main firearm in the city.
- SMGs are medium-tier weapons; ARs are extremely rare, with only 1–2 in circulation at any time.
Weapon Jamming System:
- Guns will jam if durability is too low.
- Different weapons have unique durability multipliers—some jam more easily than others.
Gun Store Changes:
- Main gun store sells basic firearms without attachments.
- Crafted weapons (e.g. Glocks) can use attachments and switches.
Black Market Revamp:
- New 24-hour stock system (not tied to server restarts).
- Stock includes weapons, attachments, bullets, and blueprints.
- New Scammer Black Market rolling out citywide — ALL players can scam.
Gangs & Structure
- All gangs are disabled temporarily until population grows.
- Existing active gangs are saved for future use.
Economy & Legal Jobs
- All legal job payouts increased.
- Economy is monitored for realism—no “get rich quick” setups.
- Legal income is now a viable path to success.
- Player-owned businesses will be purchasable using in-game currency.
- Players must rely on others for business services, materials, and supplies.
Donor System Changes
- Donor weapons and drugs removed (will be compensated with a new role).
- Donor vehicles and businesses remain untouched.
Player Experience & RP Support
- Server slots reduced to 32 to ensure an active and immersive feel.
- Bus stops added for fast travel around the map.
Roxwood expanded with:
- Food vendors
- Clothing stores
- Garages
- Future plans for hidden labs and crime content
Crime System Updates
- Heist contracts revamped:
– Boosting and house robbery rewards improved.
– Only one type of bank heist available for now.
- ATM Robbery Methods:
– Use melee weapons
– Use propane tanks + lighter
– More methods coming soon.
- Drug Tier System Introduced:
– Players must start low-tier and work up.
– Drug zones have different prices, risks, and types.

- Drug XP Overhaul:
– Stats reset.
– Top 3 players receive exclusive drug bundles.
– More PD presence = higher drug sales potential.
- Drug Processing Changes:
– Coke & Meth materials moved to Sandy Shores.
– Coke lab relocated; Coke Island is now public.

Materials, Mining & Crafting
- Only 6 core materials remain:
– Dumpster Diving: Rubber, Plastic, Metalscrap
– Mining: Copper, Iron, Gold
- Mining XP & Material Type Reworked:
– Stats reset.
– Top 3 miners get material bundles.
– Foundry relocated to the mining area.
– Increased mining payouts.
Vehicles & Air Travel
- Helicopter garages and dealerships added.
Performance & Optimization
- MLO removals and general optimization to reduce crashes/lag.
Final Notes
This revamp is designed to promote realistic RP, strong community interaction, and fun over flexing.

COMPLETELY REVAMPED Legion to a Miami Vice City stronghold vibe!
Added more player owned businesses to buy in ROXWOOD!
UPDATE:
Simplified the crafting processes - by reducing total mats required from multiple # - to just 1 item,
at larger quantities instead are now required for that 1 item.
