DESCRIPTION: Interior and Exterior
This is a map that I have created. I have completed my vision of what the construction site in Paleto could turn out to be. This map offers 4 areas, a Car Dealership/ Mechanic combo, Police Department, Fire Department, and a nice park on the corner that welcomes visitors to Paleto Bay. All buildings offers a custom built MLO’s which is great for all kinds of players!
The Police Department is designed to be the main department in the area! The VICE Dealership is designed to fit a racing crowd, however I’m sure other vehicles could also be sold at this location. This map is excellent for a Roleplay server.
The Interior/Exterior offers:
3 custom built MLO’s
Secure system for Officers + Fire Department to park up behind the buildings
Repair space for Officers
Space for Civilians + Officers to park out front
Lots of space for Government workers + civilians to hang out and interact with each other
A large space within the VICE Dealership MLO + Exterior for selling cars
Car park for VICE Dealership for staff, civilians, or to sell cars
A lovely park on the corner of the map that welcomes all players + locals to Paleto Bay!

All important logo textures are unlocked! This means that you can edit the .ytd file to change the Department to be branded any way that you wish. You can also customize the information panels in the VICE Dealership!

Not too sure if this is quite what you mean but, the files provided are basic filetypes that you expect to see in all maps. I made a lot of new content that is used in various places in the map.
I think a lot of people are looking for a decent dealership in Paleto, cause this was my first thought too. Or hell, even one at the construction zone across the street.
A warehouse space off the back of the showroom, for larger or overstocked vehicles (with garage bay door to pull them into), and just like a nice parking lot/park area.
I like the idea of the map. Couple things I found that made me remove it for now. It’s not compatible with Gabs Binco. Not a deal breaker by any means. The real issue is there’s a ladder to Fire roof area but there’s quite a few blinking areas up there. Would rather not have access to the roof at all personaly. Would love to use this map. It’s really nice to have these areas is a different place.

I’m pretty sure that it would only be incompatible with the Paleto Bay Gabz Binco, and you should be able to just disable that one location but keep the rest active.
The new version fixed the roof areas. Love the new dealership Thanks for that. Paleto has needed a reasonably sized dealership for a long time. I just dropped Binco. I kind of like the trashiness of the old store anyway ;-).
I really like this map. I would need to find replacement maps for original Paleto PD and FD buildings in the area because I would find it weird to have them still there. Any recommendations?
