Hi Everyone, Cougar Fanatic on behalf of the San Andreas Valley RP (SAVRP) Community - here with an awesome ymap build!

Ready to extend your severs roleplay into the town of Paleto bay? Want a Custom community center, townhall, or as my server calls it - the SAVRP homeless shelter? Well, Then I have the ymap for you all.

Included in this ymap is the office building which includes a nice front reception area, a lounge room, 2 offices for your servers admins or moderator staff, a large conference room to hold your in-game server meetings, and a server room incase your looking to RP some stolen server data ;)! Moving to the exterior of the facility you can find a patio area upstairs, parking lot, and a maintenance garage.

This build has been released by me for free, and is not to be sold to others.

Edit2: The google links by Thei has stopped working so I have added new links. See below. You need all 3 files for these maps to work properly.

Drop these files into your resources folder, and start them in your server cfg.

Without those downloaded, the majority of the ymap will not spawn in.

For this file, i have included the entire folder. All you need to do is drag the PBCC folder into your script resources folder.

Then add “start PBCC” into your server cfg file.

*Also, for an extra step towards realism - I advise the use of the “Chair & Bed system - Sit/Lay” - made by TerbSEC - script, which allows you to actually sit at the placed chairs.

The chair name and cords to properly sit are as follows:

Had same issue just restart the server/ your game and it started working for me!

Make sure you guys have all the following downloaded and started, in your server files:

Both prop addon fuked - found in google link 1
Mbaddon enabler - found in google link 2
Ymap - found in .rar

If you have all those, then everything should be fine.

As for server reset suggestion, a server could always use a good reset haha.

great releases, can we customise these for our own servers? also anyway to stop the weather coming in to them?

Ya you can customize them, just don’t re-release them as your own. Ive even thought about stripping this building out and redoing it as a LEO station or something, just havnt gotten to it yet.

As for rain coming through - thats a problem with YMAPs all around. ive tried different types of roofing and such, no luck.

To remove weather effects from the interior; you’d need to recreate the building as an MLO. That can be done with 3DS Max.

To my knowledge, there is no other method.

Yea i have 3DS Max - just havnt watched enough youtube or asked around yet, on how to turn Ymaps into MLOs… Once i figure that out, and convert/build all my things as MLOs… it will be so much better! Less server lag from ymap renderings. MLOs are so much better.

Any possibility you could remove the signs etc from the garage so there’s room to park a larger vehicle?

Dont know what my problem would be. Everything loads correctly, but when i touch something or walk on the roads, everything just falls apart… I have to clear the area and reload a few time for it to become stable.

Cool building, however disappointing to find a giant poster with your server logo on it a discord invite and your server ip. Which by the way is a giant mistake lol. You should request to have your server ip changed and learn from your mistakes of posting it in a MLO.

  1. That sounds like a threat, of which - I don’t really care. DDoS it all you want amigo, watch it not phase me at all.

  2. If you don’t know how to remove that yourself, you shouldn’t be a server owner. Its easy and i have it in there for test servers.

  3. Dont come at me with “im making a mistake” when i post a free damn release. This community is so disassociated as it is - yet, i give the world something free that isnt crap, and still theres haters xD. Get a life mate.

  4. this isnt an MLO, its a Ymap. Theres a difference.

Hey! im sorry your having this issue.

I haven’t experienced that myself nor have i seen others with this issue. Only thing i can think of, is do you have all 3 addon prop files downloaded?

Ya, I do have all the files in. Ill film it and send it to you. I honestly think its kinda funny. Im going to have one of my testers jump on and see if it happens to them as well.

  1. Wasn’t a threat, its me informing you that your server IP is posted on the YMap.

  2. I was informing you that player wise people may find it to be RP intrusive.

  3. Never complained about the free resource it’s awesome however there are some issues, that you should rule out as constructive criticism.
