That’s not an MLO. If it’s a series of ymaps, it’s a map. Not an MLO. Also that price is fucking insane.
The building is an MLO created with a 3D program. Items inside the building (sofa, tables, etc.) are implemented through YMAP. That’s why the title says MLO and YMAP. Given the work done and the average cost of such objects, the price of the hotel is underestimated.

MLO = Interior
means it has a own collision, own manifest definitions, all the placements are placed within a ytyp and only 1! ymap is needed to place the whole thing with 1! entry.
meaning to move the interior, you could just create a 2nd ymap with different coords.
and it would spawn perfectly at that different location.
if you place the objects with a ymap like exterior stuff from R*.
then IT`S NOT a MLO.
the way you did it is not better than those Menyoo maps for GTA

if the sofa, tables etc is placed with a ymap, then it´s not a MLO.
it would need to be placed within the ytyp of the interior itself!
look at R* interiors.
and check their ytyp files.
you will see how every model of the interior is defined and placed within the ytyp.
ymaps are placing stuff in the exterior world.
like interiors get placed with a ymap.
lampposts get placed with a ymap.
buildings get placed with a ymap.
tables, chairs, sofa in a interior…are placed with the ytyp of the interior.
