The price is dertermined by other people on the project (due to the money put into the project). If you think its high but still want it, keep an eye out for sale days!
Thought i included it in my answer. No, the parts of the vehicle that are scratch made are the front and rear bumpers, all overfenders and side skirts. People on this website charge more for rebadges of unlore vehicles which are against TOS, so i dont believe that it is too ridiculous.
