You can use install feature for standalone v-menu server for example, also you can disable that feature in config.

Everyone, please download the new version of Car Radio.
All known bugs have been fixed.
You can now play real radio streams in the GTA radio category, so you can have real radio streams among your base stations.

Replace all files, except you can keep your own entire html folder.
New in this update:

Config.CarRadioInstallPermissionsRequired – you can now enable a permission check for installing the radio.
This allows you to require specific permissions such as job, identifier, etc., which you can configure in Config.CarRadioInstallPermissions. -
Config.RemoveRadio – a new function for removing the radio.
You can also set it so that only players with the required permission are allowed to remove the radio.
