Sonic mileage as the name suggests is a simple vehicle mileage script adapted for ESX servers.
Script was used on couple servers with 60+ one time active players. - no problems detected

The script introduces a lot to vehicle economics. Introducing it to the server has a lot of advantages, because the vehicle aftermarket is much more functional. For example, supercars with high mileage (right at the limit) will cost 5-10% of the base price of the vehicle. Replacing the engine in a vehicle is not cheap and can sometimes exceed the value of the vehicle (example). I leave the application to you, everyone has an idea ![]()

- real mileage unit
- mileage saved in the database so when you leave the game the changes are saved
- no matter what vehicle it is the mileage is calculated for each registered vehicle (if someone hijacks your vehicle the counter still works)
- command to set mileage for any vehicle (only for ADMIN rank)
- once the limit is reached (changed in config) the vehicle is unroadworthy
- 0.0ms on idle
Future plans:
- adding an innovative engine replacement at the mechanic that resets the counter
- cosmetic refinement
- reduce the chance of starting the vehicle when the mileage approaches the limit (80% chance of starting the engine on each attempt when reaching, for example, 70% mileage)
- improve optimalization
