UPDATE 9/20/23: Added functional MLO front office building with a few props but mostly empty for servers to configure as needed.
UPDATE 10/27/23 Fixed many small bugs and issues, as well as created a FiveM server were maps can be tested (San Andreas Motorsports)

Full Grand Prix race track build in the Senora Desert along with a custom Karts track, drag strip, drift track, and office area complete with multiple parking lots for car meet activities all in one area. The YMAP’s are unlocked allowing full customization!

Does this block any of the main roads? Would love to have this in a live RP server for racing enthusiasts but still need the regular highways accessible.

If anyone who has paid for it missed it, I updated the front office to include an interior MLO, just need to redownload it from teblex.

Just fixed a lot of bugs and updated the mini garages and their locations. Also I now have a fiveM server to test the maps on, San Andreas Motorsports.
