# A Fishing Script for QBCore Framework

  • Make sure to use the latest version of PolyZone and QBCore

– Config fish selling prices and sell locations
– Config what fish can be caught where
– Config custom fishing zones (rivers, lakes, ponds, etc)
– Chance to break your fishing rod when catching sharks
– Different tier fishing rods have different break chances
– Option to spawn shark ped when a shark is caught
– Many default zones already created including, Vinewood Hills Private Lake, Land Act Reservoir Dam, Alamo Sea, Lago Zancudo, Tonga River, Cassidy Creek, Cayo Perico, and the deep ocean

PolyZone - GitHub - mkafrin/PolyZone: PolyZone is a FiveM mod to define zones of different shapes and test whether a point is inside or outside of the zone

## Catches with different types of bait:

### Regular fish bait

Can be used to catch a variety of fish

### Live bait

Includes: grubs, mealworms, guppies, nightcrawlers, and shrimp
Some fish eat only live bait and will refuse other bait

### Turtle bait

Includes: Turtle bait, crawdads, and frogs
Turtles will only be caught if using this bait, but you also have a chance to catch any fish that eats live bait too

### Shark bait

Use any turtle to equip it as shark bait
Sharks will only bite when a turtle is attached, or you can catch fish that eat live bait if a shark doesn’t bite

Fish that eat any bait can be caught with any bait
Fish that eat live bait can only be caught when fishing with live bait, turtle bait, or shark bait
Fish that eat turtle bait can only be caught with turtle bait or shark bait
Fish that eat shark bait can only be caught with shark bait
When you are using a higher tier bait, you can catch that tier, or if it doesn’t bite, you can catch fish from lower tiers

Includes unencrypted images/ folder README file with items to put in QBCore Shared Items, and config.lua to customize everything

There is a discord link in the Readme that you can join for support.

But quickly I would double check that you set up the correct information in qb-target from the Readme file.

it wont let me join the server i was just in there it keeps saying you rejected me frm joining
