is the winner based on numbers matching a ticket in the database or is the winner based on the script selecting one of the one tickets in the database randomly.
i guess the 2nd option, i understand your question and it would be a greater option not to let someone win based on the tickets sold. make the price money bigger at the end.
The prices are currently not based on the tickets sold. You can define the prices for certain amount of correct numbers in the config
The winner is based on the numbers pulled. Its like real Lotto. U can set a time in the config when the lottery drawal begins as you can see in the video 
.
