this is a very simple resource where you sit in your car put the id of the buyer the price and the id of the notary and it will ask the buyer and notary to accept and sign and then will transfer the money and the vehicle ownership. This video was done by me and one associate. That being said i had to remove the player check for the video the final resource doesnt allow you to use the buyer or seller as the witness. This resource also does a distance check!

Tebex link is messed up, I was wondering if you have the configuration to allow the notary to be assigned to specific job roles.
