Housing System update

Today im releasing a update .

  • QBCore:

    • Fixed qb-garage event to check anti spam.
  • ESX:

    • Fix logout marker;
    • Fix some markers display problems;
    • Fixed problem with vehicle modifications.
  • Both (QBCore & ESX):

    • Now, when creating houses, to prevent bugs or errors we added a input box to insert door coords;
    • Changed blips system, now you set blip names on config, this way they will be all in one blips;
    • Fixed problem when storing cars, now is not possible to store two same cars (Same plate).

Buyers can download new version via keymaster.
Change all files.

Okay, first of all I like the housing system. I have a question, is it possible for several people to buy an apartment, for example the mazebank tower. Or would you then have to create 100 apartments for one tower? So basically it would be cool if you could set “can be purchased multiple times” when creating the house, I hope you understand what I mean :wink:

Another suggestion, it doesn’t have to happen quickly, but it would be cool if other players could break into the houses and the police could raid the houses too.

Today im releasing a update .

  • Added theft system;
  • Added command to sell houses;
  • Added command to delete houses;
  • Fixed some problems with the stash;
  • You can now buy extras for your house:
    • Alarms ( When people start robbing your house, the owner of the house and the police receive alerts )
    • Security Cameras ( If your house doesn’t have security cameras, you can now buy them as an extra )
  • Fixed problems when creating houses without a garage;
  • It is now possible to change the currency format in js files;
  • Minor corrections and adjustments.

Nice script!

When you create a house let’s say with a penthouse interior, do the windows show a live representation of the view from the house? Or a stock view? Also, would the garage for the house work with CD-Garage? One more thing, would you be able to spawn in your house?

Is compatible with cd_garages and it represents the stock view.

To spawn on your house is necessary to edit qb spawn, if you don’t want to, the script by default recognizes if you leave server inside house, if so, it will take you to front door.

What would need to be changed in QB spawn to allow players to spawn in their house?

  • Added discord webhook ( logs );
  • Fixed for some ESX players problems when script does ownership check for cars;
  • Possible to modify ownership functions and check plate ones;
  • Compatibility with ox_inventory for QBCore ( ESX already is );
  • Now is possible to set a limit of houses per player:
  • Fixed blip problem ( getting in different categorys, some of them without name ) when above 400 houses;
  • Fixed Reliable Event Overflow when you have more than 600 houses;
  • Now is possible to customize even more the blips;
  • Fixed house taxes payments problems on ESX;
  • Fix double markers on animations on ESX;
  • Sell house command adjustments;
  • Fixed stash upgrade twice on both frameworks;
  • Created apartment system ( multiple players can bought “same house” );
  • Geral improvement and bug fixes.

  • Few fixes on vehicle target system;
  • Now you can give keys to player by their ID instead of Citizen ID (QBCore);
  • Created a complete furniture system;
  • Added a system of blacklisted vehicles;
  • Now you can set a delay when enter on houses to avoid people with low end PCs of falling;
  • When player leaves server inside an house, when joining again it will be pushed to house and giving all desired markers;
  • Fixed some problems when people visit apartment garages;
  • Fixed console error when visiting houses;
  • Fixed some problems when people visit apartments;
  • Created more exports;
  • Now is possible to give starting apartments to new or old players;

Housing System update

Today I’m releasing a update to Housing System .

Quick Preview

  • Introducing MLO system, supporting closing doords to your favorite maps;
  • Added search bar on furniture zone;
  • Created triggers to radial menu (optional);
  • Created a starter apartment by default on config;
  • Fixed some random errors;
  • Fixed error when changing coords of any marker if its an house created on config file;
  • Now people that disconnect inside houses, get a marker to leave it on next connection (including visits);
  • Garage System on ESX and QBCore as received updates to avoid future problems on requesting models before spawning them;
  • Set new keyholder callback open on server_config.lua;
  • Now you can limit the range that people can use the furniture system camera;
  • Fixed the problem when selling a house, you get on wrong instance (cant see anyone);
  • Real Estate commands outside escrow server_config.lua;
  • Added a function to client_config.lua when player store a vehicle (for people with custom physical vehicle keys system);
  • Load interiors before players got inside one (avoid void);
  • Adjusts on JPR Phone System callback to work even better with JPR Housing System.

:warning:

  • Adding a MLO house is not the same as a normal apartment / house, you need to add their doors too, we explain on documentation how to do it, please follow it in case of doubts!!!
