Create Area of Infection, where Players has risk to be sick
Create any other (strange idea) to create “Patient 0” with a simple server trigger
Players will cough within a specific time, and will spread the virus (Probability can be configure, range too etc etc)
The more the players wait to heal himself, the more he will suffer. Depend of the IRL time, configurable.
Players With High Level of Sickness will be more contagious, and will start loose some HP, gain Stress etc etc…
A Specific job can produce antidote, for healing players. Antidote decrease the level of Sickness by 1, and you can configure a needed delay between 2 takes.
Players with a mask could not be contaminated
Configure a wheebook to manage all the contamination and get logs, reduce the spread if needed with admin command.
All the script is fully Configurable.

This sounds really dope, will the medicine be able to restrict to be handed out from ems, if they craft it. And secondly how to buy it, because your shop is not able to pull through. And I cant see your discord

VACCINE
Protect the citizen with a vaccine : Vaccinated people are immune to the virus.
You can adjust how many days it will protect for 100%, and the loss rate etc etc
[weird, but it’s ok, it’s RP] : You can give special passport for vaccinated people.
RESEARCH
[optional] You want to see the medics and docs hurry themself to investigate for a vaccine ?
Perfect ! You can choose that the vaccine will be available after a long/medium/short period of research !
Docs and medics will need to make memory’s game (you can adjust the diffulty depending of the progress).
