Prop Attach Tool is a developer tool that allows you to attach props to character bones in GTA V (FiveM) and Red Dead Redemption 2 (RedM). An ideal solution for roleplay server developers who want to enhance their scenarios with interactive elements and custom animations.

Key Features:

  • :wrench: Easy prop attachment – Assign items (e.g., tools, weapons, bags, accessories) to any character bone using an intuitive interface.
  • :dart: Precise control – Adjust the position and rotation of props using interactive gizmos to fit your character perfectly.
  • :desktop: Real-time preview – Test the position and animation of props with live 3D scene rendering.
  • :house: Animation support – Synchronize props with specific animations (e.g., working, carrying, custom scenarios).
  • :bone: Comprehensive bone hierarchy – Access all character bones including Body, IK, Physics, RigidBody, MechanicalHelpers, and Facial bones.
  • :clipboard: Export ready code – Copy complete AttachEntityToEntity native code directly to clipboard.
  • :art: Modern UI – Clean, responsive React-based interface with 3D scene renderer.

Tool Applications:

  • Server development – Create immersive roleplay scenarios with custom prop attachments.
  • Animation testing – Preview and fine-tune prop positions during animation playback.
  • Content creation – Design custom character accessories and equipment setups.

How It Works?

  1. Use /attach command to start the tool and Esc to close.
  2. Press SCROLL to toggle between UI control and camera movement.
  3. Navigate the camera using mouse and WASD + Page Up/Down for vertical movement.
  4. Select a bone from the hierarchy (Body, IK, Physics, etc.).
  5. Enter a prop name (e.g., prop_tool_pickaxe for GTA V or p_pickaxe01x for RedM).
  6. Click “Attach Object” to spawn and attach the prop.
  7. Use interactive gizmos to adjust position and rotation (R for rotation, W for position mode).
  8. Browse animations using arrow keys and Enter to select, Space to play/pause.
  9. Fine-tune animation flags for perfect synchronization.
  10. Copy the ready-to-use AttachEntityToEntity native code and enjoy the result!

Thanks for the link, it definitely looks like a nice alternative, but it’s missing a few key features that really speed up the workflow. It doesn’t include easy prop positioning with a gizmo, there’s no bone hierarchy where you can simply click and select the bone, and it also lacks a built-in animation list for quick testing without needing to search for names manually.

My version includes all of these improvements, which makes the whole process much faster and provides a much smoother workflow overall.

This is fucking awesome.

I was going to just use the github link after seeing the comments but the additions you made make the price tag worth it
