I want to be transparent in sharing my experience with this pack. Unfortunately, I’m quite disappointed with the overall quality. The pack feels very basic and lacks meaningful content. There are minimal add-ons, and the only included liveries are for State Patrol, which limits its versatility for a general police department pack.
While I understand the creator may not typically focus on police car packs—and I don’t want to discourage future development in that area—the value just isn’t there for the $50 I spent. I was hoping this would outperform a similar pack I already own, but that wasn’t the case.
Additionally, there are limitations, such as the inability to remove the police light bar, and most vehicles lack extras. Unless you’re prepared to commission custom liveries and don’t mind the limited features, I would suggest passing on this pack for now.
I appreciate your feedback but as I have stated I believe to you prior that this pack comes with a showcase, directly showcasing what is included within it alongside any toggles and features that are included too.
We provided one set of liveries as, as you state our main focus isn’t towards one section of development but multiple, hence why the templates are provided alongside the information for how to swap the liveries, and full access to the ytd files too so you can use what we have already created as a template itself too.
The addons and extras come directly from the base-game vehicles themselves too, they are using the exact meta files and mod files and come with those addons directly from the base-game vehicle, minus some that would clip or obstruct lightbars etc.
The toggle of the lightbars seems to be a big point you’re making, and whilst I don’t disagree and aim to look into it with future releases.
On the note of all the above aswell the liveries seem to be a big point too, so with that in mind I may release an update in future with some more liveries once I have some time and provide an update for the files with some more livery options!
We do our best to be as transparent as possible with our customers and provide videos and photos and information regarding our releases so that customers are aware of what exactly is being provided.
