@kiiya would you consider doing entity sets for the rooms where there is no furniture placed in any of the rooms? Some housing scripts allow players to furnish MLO’s and that would be an amazing opportunity to leverage a complex like this with a feature like that!
I can’t guarantee anything, in future projects I probably will, but I’m not sure about this one, if it gets asked for a lot and I realize it’s really needed I may well do an update
Is it something someone else can do, such as myself? I’ll be happy to do it, but I need a quick run-down of it. I do have some experience with codewalker and editing .ytyp files…
I will 100% buy this is the apartments comes with out furniture also if you make Empty house MLOs since my housing system allows me to use MLOs instead of shells and i can add furniture inside and outside the house (as long its in the classified boundaries of the house/apartments)

Thanks for your opinion, I took it into consideration and added a second version of the interior without props. I left some props just in case (kitchen, closet and bathroom) , but also attached instructions on how to remove the remaining props and make the room completely empty. So now the interior is available without props.
