unless you work somewhere that pays slave wages or you don’t value your own time, if you estimate your time at 15 USD an hour, this map saves you 8 hours of time at 120 USD. That’s not including the time to make any custom assets included in the map, trouble shooting, etc.
If you guys aren’t able to afford 120 USD for a map asset, then I suggest you go back to being a player not someone running a server.
I wouldn’t buy this because it doesn’t fit my server’s theme, but you guys crying about asset prices are really something.

Can you show some far away shots? Can’t stand Maps without lods.
i charge 15€ / ph for development on individual fivem servers , but that’s a Single client! no resource costs more than 35€ ~ on my store but i spend more hours than “8” hours.
This map you made, would cost you 8 hours * 15€ = 120€ exact. It’s not for a single use but for sale.
Once it is for sale you’re aiming to marketing, which price should be at least 1.5€ per hour spend on this map to produce = 8 * 1.5 = 12€ , taxes and shits would go over 15€ ~ for a client.
You aim to sell at least 10 copies, to cover your “15€ per hour” , anything than 10 copies are net income.
So , 120€ for this , is insane… you remember me the uncleben who was selling 4.5k dollars a damn police station.

So, I decided to respond to your messages. This MLO wasn’t created from props. It’s not standard. The idea, the concept, the modeling—everything was created from scratch. It’s been reworked numerous times, with numerous nuances added and edited. A team of three people worked on it for two months. It’s aimed at online projects with over 1,000 players, and absolutely everything else. So, please calm down your talk about “how much does it cost?” The price is set according to the costs and development effort. If you make an MLO for 10 pesos, then you’re doing a great job! We offer quality for the money. If you don’t like the price, don’t buy it. It’s that simple, that’s our idea. If you can make it yourself, go ahead.

My man, you would make more money working at a cafe for less work. Don’t know how to break it to you. But you’re ripping yourself off for 15 euro an hour.

Depends on the marketplace. Considering the average salary in Greece is around €830 per month (and after taxes and fees it can be even lower), I’m pretty comfortable working for €15/hour in Greece, for Greek clients.
These things take a really long time to develop. This product looks cool, but it will reach a limited audience. I think that over-promotion won’t work because of this. Regardless, I don’t think it’s an unreasonable price.
Server owners are having increasing difficulty finding modelers these days; they can pay as much as $20 for a single prop, $40 for an animated one, or $200 for a two-room interior that’s done in a day.
A product is worth whatever the customer is willing to pay for it, so if someone likes it, they’ll pay for it.
If it doesn’t sell, the price will probably drop. At first, I was significantly underselling it, and it didn’t sell any better
Servers with a good population of 100-200 people earn several thousand dollars a month (I’ve worked on such projects), so this amount shouldn’t be a problem.

Wait… I remember you. How can you even complain about pricing here? You sell an escrowed music app for lb-phone for 36 Euros that barely functions.
Your app was so buggy/badly made I ended up remaking/fixing a free one available. You have no place to complain about a map that’s unescrowed for 120 euros lmao
