Don’t get me wrong im not sure how the MLO politicy on fivem/gta5 work right now but if im not wrong, are you still allowed to sell MLO’s with entities that are created by GTA5 ? Like the flowers and the TV ?

You can look here at the new rules, which are now in place. They may seem a little confusing, but you cant use real-life brands. However, it does mention Misusing the Rockstar Games brand or its game IP… In my opinion, FiveM is also breaking the rule themselves, so I can’t definitively say whether this is allowed or not. You will need to read and make up your own mind up.
No problem, and like I said, it also mentions the GTA 5 trademark, but that’s for you to decide if you think it’s okay or not. “Ground and Pound” is a real business in real life. It’s a coffee shop.
