Hiya, trying the whole Tebex thing, this is the Murrieta Trailer Park!
I’ve been working on this project on and off for about 2 years now for fun, originally to be used for a roleplay server, but ended up as something else!

The perfect map for running a trailer park, even better if your server uses a housing system with trailer interiors.

Note:
In the extras folder, theres a scenario file, use this to get rid of peds/traffic in the area.
To do that install server_scenarios
and put el_burro_heights.ymt in your server_scenarios/stream folder!
