Question: If you restart the server, is the time it was in service saved? or is the time restarted when the server is restarted?
Suggestion: I think it would be much more complete if they added the option to give someone the job and rank, as well as a boss menu

Hi, time on duty is automatically recorded in the database.
Thank you for your suggestion, but we do have esx_society and bossmenu to recruit players. It is possible that we will add such an option in the next update.
